Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our agency greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and organizing documents.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization. As our Receptionist/Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our office and contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements
- Insurance experience required.

Available to work Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
