JOB SUMMARY
Primary duties of this position are to ensure that all incoming shipments of non-surplus items are received accurately and in a timely manner. This function includes receiving Stock Inventory and Distribution Orders, Repair Items, Returns, and all Corporate Purchases, and currently involves operating in multiple applications simultaneously. Responsible for photographing and receiving parts in a production environment with a continued focus on process and improvement and daily goal attainment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unpack all deliveries and discard packing materials and cardboard into appropriate containers.
- Identify correct recipient for each incoming item.
- Receive all incoming items into the appropriate application, ensuring that all items are photographed properly, all notes attached to the PO are reviewed and followed, all observations (i.e. – damage, warranty sticker breaks, etc…) are noted in the appropriate system, and all parts are directed to the correct department.
- Escalate challenging receipts (i.e. – no paperwork, blind repair, etc…) to Warehouse Receiving Manager.
- Assist with the landing process for incoming shipments.
- Deliver fully received items to all appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times. Empty trash and cardboard bins as needed.
- May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

- Occasional business related phone calls to inside and outside sales and customer service

WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day. Employee’s schedule may change due to business needs. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional/overtime as needed.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory Review
- - Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Quarterly reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
- Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. All handheld users are required to wear the appropriate belt/holster assembly while a unit is in their possession.
Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn. Safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Employees must adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements at all times (see safety manual posted online).
