JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform work, including but not limited to performing work of a diverse character; serving as a staff accountant; purchase materials and equipment; conducting invoice activities; paying vendors for delivered materials; providing inventory support, process payroll through a third party and performing clerical/administrative functions.
GENERAL PEFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee third party payroll to include: timekeeping, annual and sick leave review, processing of payroll. Reviewing federal and state reports as submitted by Performance Payroll for accuracy.
- Prepare end of month report on consumer’s payroll to be submitted to Social Security and the Department of Social Services.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies as needed for administration.
- Prepare vouchers, purchase orders and issue checks for expenses and code amounts according to proper program and line item.
- Reconcile consumer’s checking account by the 20th day after receipt of statements each month.
- Submit monthly overtime report to all supervisors by the 5th of each month for the previous month.
- Count and process Coke money weekly.
- Perform other related duties as requested and needed.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTES:
- Knowledge of agency policies and procedures for employment.
- File, maintain and review personnel files quarterly to ensure all necessary forms are in the files; such as current driver license and driving record, etc.
- Maintain financial/accounting files on a current basis. Re: bank statements, consumer information; payables, etc.
- Prepare leases in June of each year for all residents.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

OTHER DUTIES:
- Staff reception desk in the absence of the receptionist.
- Type all correspondence and reports as needed.
- Be familiar with the operation of all office equipment.
- Maintain postage meter.
- Use personal vehicle as needed in the performance of job duties as needed.
