Job Summary:
The Casual Dining Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Key duties include welcoming customers, assisting with menu selections, processing orders and payments, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Essential Functions:
1. Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with menu choices and placing orders.
2. Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
3. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and honesty.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
6. Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally and courteously.
7. Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and notify management of any shortages.
8. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic dining environment
9. Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
10.Ability to calculate and count cash & change.
11.Ability to carry trays with multiple food and beverage products including dirty dishes & glassware.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
Moderate to noisy environment due to customer activity and kitchen operations.
Fast-paced setting with high customer volume during peak hours.
Requirement to stand for extended periods and occasional bending, stooping, and lifting.
