We are seeking a experinced Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive work environment.
**Duties:**
- **Management:** Oversee staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth store operations.
- **POS System:** Proficiently operate Point of Sale systems for transactions and inventory management.
- **Sales:** Drive sales by motivating staff, upselling products, and meeting targets.
- **Retail Math:** Utilize mathematical skills for inventory management, pricing, and financial calculations.
- **Multilingual Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus.
- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
- **Payroll:** Assist in managing employee schedules, timekeeping, and payroll processes.
- **Leadership:** Lead by example, mentor staff, and foster a positive team environment.
**Requirements:**
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
