We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
- Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with resolving guest issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle incoming calls effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist international guests
- Strong guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of hotel management practices and guest services
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
- Background in hospitality management is preferred
- Ability to operate phone systems commonly used in hotels
- Experience in resort settings is advantageous
