SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within a designated geographic area within a 70 miles radius.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a salesperson.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
· Identify and target potential customers within the designated geographic area to generate new business opportunities.
· Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress and follow-up activities in CRM software.
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support sales initiatives and meet customer needs.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
· Attending networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote our products or services and expand the company's presence within the local market.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Adherence to safety protocols and procedures is mandatory.
· Other duties as assigned.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong prospecting and networking abilities, with the ability to identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence, i.e. documented mileages, fuel amounts, etc. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Must speak fluent English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Must have proficiency in basic math skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
The individual must be able to make independent decisions while considering variables in situations on a regular basis. The ability to make crucial operating decisions while multi-tasking is required for this position.
