Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. It is our priority at all times is to engage with guests in a caring and positive manner, using active listening skills to understand the needs and wants of guests – wherever possible, getting to know them and their preferences on a personal level. The Agent is a key contact person and resource for guests throughout their stay and should demonstrate creative problem solving. Also plays the important role of ensuring that guest departures are a smooth process by taking the opportunity to address any guest issues or concerns they may have had during their stay.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role required.
- Detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with technology and good computer skills.
- Ability to handle basic financial transactions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
