The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
-Build relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities
-Collect, analyze, and report sales data and information (quotes, estimates, bids, and blueprint take-offs)
-Responsible for accurately estimating building products
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively
- Utilize interior design knowledge to assist customers in creating their ideal living spaces
- Collaborate with the team to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products effectively
-Build sales and meet sales goals
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Knowledge of interior design principles
- Ability to build and remodel layouts
- Experience in account management
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with operating computer software.
- Market products strategically
