Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
- Participate in creating new dishes and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in full-service dining
- Strong knowledge of food industry practices and techniques
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Experience with menu planning is a plus
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively
