Full time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Will be responsible for all daily bookkeeping functions for the company
including:
· Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll
· Month end reports as required by suppliers and the State of Iowa
· Perform monthly benefits administration
· Reconcile bank accounts and EFT from multiple sources
· Assist accountant with quarterly and year end statements
· Provide office administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accrual accounting and experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel are preferred.
- Experience with payroll, taxes and health benefits preferred.
- Ideal candidate will be positive, solution-driven & able to maintain good relationships with both internal staff & external service providers.
