Responsibilities
· Scout prospective General Contractors in Tennessee
· Scout referral partners for company and product recognition
· Create exceptional service experience and meet sales & performance goals
· Maintain calendar scheduled appointments and follow appointment outline
· Close install and material sales
· Maintain and keep current customer interaction and job progress in CRM platforms, HubSpot and SalesPro
· Coordinate projects and pricing with Project Manager/Operations Manager
· Complete any required training on all scopes offered
· This role is 100% remote/telecommute
Compensation
· $75,000-$200,000 yearly
· 1% - 4% Commission
· Flexible schedule

Minimum Production Expectations
· Adhere to Company Core values
· 3 self-generated leads a week
· 35%+ closing ratio
· Adhere to all XE SOP and policies
