Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service-oriented approach
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Aesthetics experience is strongly preferred
