Responsibilities:
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who lives and breathes delivering world-class support to our customers. We take great pride in exceeding customer expectations that is noted by our customers in our positive reviews. Through your daily actions, you will elevate our service delivery and be a strong supporter of the overall success we achieve.
Your role will support the Customer Service Department to ensure excellent service standards are met.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support, client service, or a related field. Ecommerce background preferred, but not required.
- Prior knowledge of Shopify’s order processing software preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Excellent at communicating via phone; friendly and upbeat phone voice.
- Commitment to learn full product catalog.
- Basic computer skills and email management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email writing etiquette.
- Able to commute to our office in Birmingham, Michigan.
