Preschool Teacher
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and educating young children, creating a safe and stimulating environment for learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to engage preschool-aged children
- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and development
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as needed
- Incorporate principles of child welfare, early intervention, and behavior management into daily interactions with children
- Implement special education strategies for children with diverse learning needs
- Promote physical education through structured play activities
- Participate in curriculum development to enhance the overall educational experience for children
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
