We're on the lookout for a meticulous and proficient Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our construction projects with their expertise.

Training on proprietary software

Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly.

Assist with payroll processing and maintain records.

Generate financial reports and statements as required.

Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting.

Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.

At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and customer relation skills.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
