US Markets, Inc. (dba “USM ReRents”) is the leading aerial construction equipment re-rental company in the North America. We supply straight and articulating boom lifts, compact atrium crawlers, and telehandlers to large equipment rental yards/companies throughout the US and Canada (who, in turn, rent these machines to the end-user - oftentimes a construction contractor).
High demand for specialized rental equipment (and USM ReRents' expanding, specialized equipment fleet) spurs our active search for a Territory Manager for the Southeast territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Inside Territory Manager is responsible for establishing new customer relationships, and further developing existing customer relationships. This requires a seasoned, professional inside salesperson to target national, regional and local construction equipment rental companies in the Southeast US to re-rent USM's fleet. The Territory Manager will work closely with a rental coordinator, the fleet service team, and the sales manager.
As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Finding and building relationships with new rental customers.
- Further developing/strengthening existing relationships with rental customers.
- Growing the Southeast Territory's monthly rental revenue by driving wholesale re-rental business.
- Educating customers on specialized equipment uses, applications, operation, and USM’s rental procedure/contract.
- Consistently maintaining records of sales activity in company CRM (Pipedrive)
- Communicating often, effectively and respectfully with rental coordinators, fleet service specialists, equipment repair technicians, and the sales manager. Being a positive contributor to our workplace.
*Remote work arrangements are not generally available.

*Compensation is a base-plus-commission arrangement. Base salary range is between $49 and $59K

QUALIFICATIONS:
At a minimum, job candidates must possess:
∙ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
∙ Minimum three (3) years’ verifiable inside sales experience - preferably with aerial work platforms, telehandler forklifts and/or general rental equipment. All related equipment experience will be considered.
∙ Core competency in:
