DENPRO is currently looking to hire a qualified candidate for an IT Support Representative position.
DENPRO is an IT consulting firm based in Southern Maryland that provides various IT solutions for the small to mid-sized business in the DC, VA, and MD regions. Job Duties:
Answer phones to assist customers with unique IT related issues Entering customer issues/resolution into ticketing system
Ability to apply troubleshooting techniques and logical thinking independent learner and problem solver
General knowledge and use of DNS, DHCP, AD, and Windows operating systems
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Drivers License
Experience in solving various technical end user issues.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Sharepoint and Office 365 administration
Certification in A+, Net+, or at least 2 years' experience.
CCNA certification not required but a HUGE plus.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Excellent customer service is a must! Looking for a motivated, self-starter that is also eager to learn.
Compensation:
Competitive rate based upon level of experience.
