Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA services to patients, fostering growth and progress.
- Maintain meticulous records of patient data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Foster clear and constructive communication with patients, families, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Uphold strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or higher in a human service-related field preferred.
- Completion of a comprehensive 40-hour RBT training course.
- Preferential consideration for candidates with previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum (ASD).
