Job Description:
Value Vault is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a startup company expanding and opening multiple retail stores and warehouses across the state of New Jersey, this role is integral to the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting senior executives, particularly within the e-commerce and retail sectors. This position provides essential support in various areas including inventory management, budgeting, and investment sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Assist in inventory sourcing and management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget management.
- Support e-commerce operations including order management, customer service, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct research and provide insights for potential investment opportunities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Experience in inventory sourcing and management.
•Strong budgeting experience with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
- Experience or interest in investment sourcing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
