Fulfillment Manager
The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the order fulfillment process and supervising the warehouse fulfillment team. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that all orders are processed timely and accurately on a daily basis. The fulfillment manager reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with other department leads including Shipping/Receiving, Customer Service and Sales to maintain our high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
● Review daily orders as they are received, assign digital pick devices and tickets to order pickers
● Ensure orders are filled and prepared for shipment timely and accurately
● Manage fulfillment employees by providing clear directions and general guidance on fulfillment processes and procedures
● Create and adjust weekly schedule based on demand
● Train new employees on the fulfillment process
● Create the “Wave Processes” in Veracore for new customers, with a focus on maintaining and improving the order batching, sorting, and staging setup of products and orders
● Work in conjunction with the receiving and putaway department to strategize on new product placement
● Responsible for ordering outer packing products with various supply vendors, working with project managers and onboarding specialists to determine needs
● Help analyze current operations and make recommendations on ways to improve
● Provide daily and/or weekly reporting on fulfillment KPIs such as average order processing time, order accuracy, and individual employee performance rates
● Maintain high standards of customer service by attending to and resolving issues in a timely manner
● Assist with order fulfillment during times of high volume and ensure fulfillment team is accurately staffed during peak season and times of growth
● Participate in the interviewing process and selection of new fulfillment team members
Requirements:
● At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and management
● Experience using WMS and third party shipping platforms such as Shipstation or Shipstore
● Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
● Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
● Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (at least 8+ hours per day)
● Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 30lbs.
● Computer and technical proficiency are required
Bilingual Spanish preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
