Reliable Customer Service / Sales Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service/Sales Representative with the following skills:
· Able to efficiently work with little supervision.
· Organization skills.

· Self-motivated.
· Contribute to achieve our main target that is to generate sales.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Answer phone calls in a friendly manner.
· Answer questions about products being sell.
· 1 week training. Second week evaluation of training.
Responsibilities include:
· Support the manager with sales activities
· Manage all incoming calls and customer inquiries
· Prepare presentations/proposals for customers as assigned
· Identify and assess customers’ and create sales leads that develop into new customers
· Efficiently generate quotes, follow up sales and ensure satisfying delivery
· Take the extra mile to engage customers.
· Make and edit publicity in social media.

Requirements
· Proven customer or sales support experience 1+ year
· Communication, interpersonal abilities and presentation skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
· Knowledge of MS Office, intermediate level
· Strong phone contact handling skills, and active listening
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· High school diploma
