that we are working backwards to delight. Founded by Ex-Amazon, MIT Trained, and
experienced engineers who have worked together for years. We are working hard to
build the company of our dreams by removing all of the things that traditionally get in
the way.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operate robotic systems and other automated test equipment
● Work closely with the test engineering manager to maintain and communicate as
needed critical priority list across projects and systems
● Foster a safe, collaborative and innovative work environment
● Test new software features on the robotic system daily using Linux
● Work closely with the software team to resolve software issues and provide real
time feedback to the team
● Write test reports
● Document and publish test equipment Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Qualifications:
● Proven experience collaborating with individual contributors
● High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, analysis, and ability to multi-task
and learn quickly
● Technical writing skills
● Leading training and certification of others either individually or as a team.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Working knowledge and familiarity with industry practices.
● Basic troubleshooting skills.
● Excellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritize work in a quickly changing
environment
● Knowledge of Github and computer language edits such as C++ or python
● Familiar with different types of sensors such as laser, vision, force, and torque.
Experience Level: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
3+ years of experience collaborating with small teams of multi-disciplines and range of
cultures and experience as entry to industry subject matter experts. 1+ year(s) of
experience in a testing environment.
Additional duties:
As a fast moving startup, we require staff members to take on more than what is
typically defined in a job description. These tasks may include things like national and
international business travel, building hardware, test fixtures and prototypes, testing
software, lifting up to 30lbs on occasion and other tasks too broad to mention here but
all necessary in moving a company from 0 to 1.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.78 - $29.60 per hour
