Job Overview:
The Clinical Practice Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a New Outlook. They will work closely with our clinicians, psychiatric nurse, registered dietitian, and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that the practice runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assisting with the hiring and training, and staff
- Assisting with the development of quality improvement initiatives
- Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers
- Ensuring that the practice is providing the best possible care to its patients
- Manages their clinical team, supervises and reviews associate records, and provides accountability, help with performance evaluation, hiring and structuring of the clinical team.
- Proactively work towards improving the practice’s client experience and ensure client satisfaction by way of supervising clinicians.
- Collaborate with the Owner on improving overall client and employee experience.
- Ability to identify areas where we need improvement clinically and in client experience and initiate the improvement measures
- Managing staff at both offices by providing clinical and operational assistance.-
- Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and other referral sources
- Ensuring that the practice is providing the best possible care to its patients
Qualifications:
The Clinical Practice Specialist will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the medical practice, and will play a key role in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Clinical setting
- Fully independent license in good standing.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with electronic medical records and billing systems
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, etc
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- A passion for providing high-quality client care
- Experience in managing and leading teams
As part of the leadership team you will attend every three weeks or monthly meetings and attend a leadership retreat. You will be required to maintain 22 hours of face to face client contact, 4 hours of admin time per week, and will receive 4 hours of leadership pay per week at your clinical rate for those tasks.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
