Administrative Assistant / Construction coordinator
Responsibilities will include:
- Perform administrative services including data entry, photocopying, mailings, filing, etc.
- Use of QuickBooks Software to enter data
- A/R and A/P Processes
- Monitoring office supply levels and reordering as necessary
- Generate, organize, and enter work orders for the service crews
- Communicate with inspectors and locators to ensure all parties are informed of inspection schedules
- Set up and maintain accurate records of inspection schedules, utility locates, and JULIE reports
- Ensure all village licenses, contractor registrations, and COI’s are in place for new and existing jobs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Office Administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- QuickBooks Software experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
