The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with both customers and employees. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our team. This position is not a software developer position.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up new users
- Integrating hardware (boxing, unboxing, racking, unracking)
- Collaborating with vendor support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues
- Installing and configuring operating systems
- Performing OS patching
- Documenting rack configurations (IP addresses, hostnames, cable diagrams)
- Conducting general troubleshooting
- Activating and documenting application and OS licenses
