Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to spearhead our firm's comprehensive marketing initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Owner and Director of Operations to execute all marketing efforts effectively. The ideal candidate will exhibit creativity, exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and a continuous drive for skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the firm's strategic growth objectives.
- Enhance and maintain the firm's online presence across major social media platforms and our websites.
- Create compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, for both digital and print.
- Draft engaging messaging and content that reflects the firm’s brand identity and resonates with our target audiences.
- Generate diverse content including brochures, blogs, social media posts, articles, newsletters and other business development materials.
- Record and edit videos as necessary to support marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads).
- Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with firm goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record achieving results.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing with a portfolio of prior work/content.
- Ability to conceptualize, strategize collaboratively and execute projects independently.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software/apps.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content across various channels.
- Proficiency in executing effective campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive content tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $22 - $27 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Opportunities for performance incentives based on individual and team achievements.
- Benefits include health coverage as well as vacation and paid time off policy to support work-life balance after probationary period of 90 days is completed.
