Clinical Director
Private Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy practice - Boca Raton
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director (CD) to join our physical therapy clinics. The CD will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations at multiple locations in the area, providing leadership to the therapy team, training new therapists, supporting ongoing education, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position requires a skilled and compassionate professional with expertise in pelvic floor physical therapy, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to advancing the field.
Our practice is a rapidly growing with plans to expand and is exclusively dedicated to the care and treatment of male and female pelvic floor conditions. We emphasize a strong, evidence-based care and clinical model.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active, Florida Physical Therapy license in good standing (or ability to transfer license to the state of FL)
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy with specialization in pelvic floor required
- Must have 2+ years' experience working in pelvic floor
- Must have pelvic floor experience treating both males and females
JOB DUTIES:
Clinical Leadership
- Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and excellent performance in all aspects of the patient and client encounter
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to pelvic floor therapists
- Implement evidence-based treatment protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including HIPAA and Medicare
Patient Care
- Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction
- Collaborate with therapists to develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions, as needed
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor pelvic floor physical therapy staff
- Conduct regular staff meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture
- Maintain and establish productivity standards
- Participate in outcomes tracking and monitoring
Education & Training
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in pelvic floor physical therapy
- Provide ongoing education and training to therapists
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for the team
Patient & Community Education / Outreach
- Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement a patient education program
- Collaborate with marketing to promote community education initiatives
- Represent the clinic at relevant conferences and community events
