Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Coordinator for the Centered Mind Therapy platform, we want you to focus on supporting clients and therapist including:
- Setup of client profile in our electronic health record system
- Setup client workflows in our operational system
- Scheduling and completion of client consultations
- Scheduling / rescheduling / cancelling of appointments
- Lookup client insurance benefits
- Consultation and intake form review and therapist assignment
- Setup of client discharges
- Client invoice management
- General operational support to therapists

Qualifications
- Detail oriented
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to master technology systems and provide support to others
- Ability to effectively present information both orally and written
- Ability to work both autonomously as a self-starter, and collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to stay organized
- Experience using Google G-suite and TheraNest systems a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
