ProMed Staffing Resources is seeking experienced Recruiters for its recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment.
- Source candidates matching required positions via the internet, LinkedIn, Indeed.com, email blasts, CRM system/applicant tracking system database.
- Interview sourced candidates through safe social distancing practices
- Review prospective healthcare candidate resume and credentials and determine qualifications, experiences, and skills as well as candidate needs.
- Establish salary requirements, availability, and motivations.
- Present qualified candidates to respective clients.
- Coordinate interview process between candidates and external hiring official as required.
- Conduct interview follow-up communication with candidate and hiring official.
- Facilitate job offer process and prepare job offer letters as required.
Requirements:
- At least 4 -years nurse recruiting experience
- Full cycle nurse recruiting experience
- Working experience with online job boards, and other e-recruiting tools a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
