Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of the packaging area and equipment to ensure they meet cGMP standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively by clearly communicating the regulatory requirements and quality standards to the operators.
- Inspect the equipment to ensure it is properly cleaned, sanitized, and validated according to cGMP guidelines.
- Verify the functionality and calibration of packaging equipment components.
- Review and approve equipment release documentation, including cleaning and maintenance records.
- Ensure that operators follow approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Review and verify documentation related to equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration.
- Ensure that operators and maintenance personnel are properly trained and qualified.
- Initiate investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for any identified issues or non-conformities.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline. Additionally, certifications or training in cGMP regulations and quality control practices are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of cGMP standards and regulations for solid dose manufacturing and packaging.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on ensuring compliance with quality standards.
