We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong phone etiquette and outbound calling experience
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Ability to effectively communicate and work well within a team

Pay: $23.18 - $25.36 per hour
