On-Site HR Account Manager
Advance Services is hiring an On-Site HR Account Manager for one of our top clients in Fremont, IA! The On-site Recruiter position is an exciting opportunity for an organized professional with a sense of urgency to reach goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing workflow of employees, creating team schedules, and delegating tasks
- Assessing work performance of employees and identifying areas that need improvement
- Ensuring business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are being met
- Applicant recruiting, conducting interviews and selecting candidates for the site
- Keep accurate records on all applicants and hires via HRIS software program
- Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management
- Responsible for full-cycle onboarding; including completing all government regulations concerns I-9's or E-Verify program
- Performs and provides customer service to site
- Responsible for gathering timecards and submitting payroll
- Implements and handles customer requested orientations and training, safety programs
- Knowledgeable in injury prevention and workers compensation claim procedures and promoting safety incentive program for employees
- Community Involvement and special projects as assigned
