Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing reports on property boundaries. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical abilities and proficiency in CAD software.
Duties:
- Conduct land surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties
- Utilize CAD, ArcGIS, and other software to create maps and survey drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for projects
- Use robotic instruments and GPS technology to collect survey data in the field
- Prepare reports, maps, and documents detailing survey results
- Assist in analyzing survey data for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Proficiency in math for calculations related to land surveying
- Experience with CAD software such as Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar programs
- Knowledge of ArcGIS for mapping and spatial analysis
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with robotic instruments for surveying purposes
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret survey data accurately
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with drafting tools and techniques
- Familiarity with various surveying methodologies and equipment

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
