30/60/90-day success reviews:
This is a critical supervisory position within US-EcoLogic Field Services. Therefore, your performance of this job will be evaluated at the 30, 60 and, 90-day marks using the following criteria and will be evaluated every 90 days thereafter.
- Superior performance in managing inspections.
- Superior performance in managing the task list.
- No more than a 24-hour completion time of personal and rater assigned tasks in QuickBase.
- Superior performance in reducing the number of miscommunication and dry runs.
- Track and report the total number of Construction Manager trainings that were held monthly.
- Track and report the total number of trades trainings held in your area monthly.
- Clear and proper communication with General Manager
- Follow through with all issues to completion in a timely fashion.
- Being able to make independent decisions and actions and appropriately apply them.
In the event of a poor review our key options for corrective action are as follows:
- If training is deemed appropriate a specific training plan will be provided and Area Manager evaluated in 30 days
- If applicable, you will be moved back to your previous position if it is available or to a position that better fits your skill set.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma and or On-the-job experience in the Construction Field
Language Skills:
Proficient communication skills in email, text, and phone conversations
Physical Qualifications:
Pass a Physical and able to lift 50 pounds.
