Assisting customers with booking portrait sessions with our studio
- Creating value in what is being offered in our photography
- Providing excellent customer service to current and potential customers
- Taking payment for a reservation fee to hold their date in the calendar
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to warm prospects (NO COLD CALLING)
Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio is a high-end portrait studio located in Roseville, California, just north of Sacramento. We are looking to add 1-2 people to our growing team.
The phone sales role involves calling warms leads in the local region to book photography sessions. Our clients are awesome and our business treats them like that. We want every client to have an amazing experience from start to finish. The goal for the telephone sales rep is to keep the studio's schedule fully booked. Sales is 60% of the role, 40% is connecting with clients/canceling/rescheduling the studio schedule via phone, text, & email.

What personal qualities and experience are we searching for?
Previous experience in a CALL CENTER/telemarketing/phone sales role or similar required
Be able to get excited on the phone with a WARM personality and an amazing phone voice
Must meet weekly sales requirements (these are set on Monday and must be met by Friday)
Excellent verbal communication
Experience with scheduling
Strong ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL with the ability to follow systems and procedures
Strong work ethic, dedicated, and time management skills
Organized and tech savvy
The ability to work independently and must be driven & competitive
Must value family and artwork
Able to self-evaluate calls
You must be a strong sales closer

Fast Cable Internet Connection
Dedicated Home Office, computer
2 monitors suggested
Corded Computer Headset
Must be able to work well with other colleagues
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, diffuse clients, especially during peak hours or intense situations
Working hours?
We are looking to add several part-time positions between 9-5 pacific time
4-5 hour shifts (20-25 hours per week)
(more hours available with success in the position)
Monday - Friday
Do we provide training?
Yes, training is mandatory and will be held from the comfort of your home during business hours. More information will be provided if you are successful in obtaining the role. Weekly on-going meetings with our studio manager and other agents provide further education and training opportunities.
Bonus Pay?
Make up to $200+ additional in bonuses per week.
