Job Title: Associate Experience Manager
Reports To: Executive Director
Summary:
The Associate Experience Manager will provide direct support to the associates at Corso
Atlanta.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the entire associate on boarding process including but not limited to posting
job requisitions, conducting interviews, and gathering all required associate
documentation required by the state and Galerie Management regulations
- Completing reference checks on all new associates
- Responsible for managing and conducting our new associate orientation, Galerie
University
- Ensure that Corso Atlanta associates are following all Galerie Management policies and
procedures
- Assist the Business Office Manager with all aspects of the associate files
- Conduct training and development strategies with associates
- Utilize associate recognition programs and prioritize associate morale
- Ensuring associate uniform compliance for all departments
- Engage in all associate meeting on a monthly basis
- Maintain training records to include course content, instructor, agendas, and rosters
- Advise employees when certifications are about to expire and notify Department heads
and Administrator if employee is out of compliance
- Setup employees in computer software, scan in the information, and show the
employee how to use the time clock and email
- Serve as the Workers Compensation Coordinator for the community
- Participate in the Manager on Duty Program

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or a
related field; or two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience
- Senior living experience a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques
- Understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be an active listener
- Ability to build relationships with others
