GE Coordination
Drive forward connections by maintaining relationships with the GE ministry team leaders and members.
Inform GE Director of Urgent Updates to help maintain an intentional level of care and ministry.
Manage weekly ministry reports (attendance, new here bag counts, high/low form).
Maintain Team Coordinator connection spreadsheet and update Director on necessary follow-ups. Attends and participates in weekly meetings both team and campus-level, and bi-weekly 1:1s with the Department Director.
Parking Lot special operations and management (truck, signage, cones, set up and traffic flow).
Maintaining annual leader commitment renewals, ensuring updated annual BGC’s are on file.
Inventory Management (team-specific supplies, uniforms, snacks, refreshments, tithing envelopes, connect cards, radio management, paper goods etc.)
Facilities Team Coordination for specialty weekend set up needs.
Consistent upkeep and organization of supplies in all GE spaces.
Cross-departmental communication as needed (Strategy & Marketing, Operations, and various other departments with any non-urgent matters).
Responsible for monthly credit card statements, ministry-related expenses/invoices and submitting contractor invoices.
Perform other duties as assigned and availability for special services as scheduled.
Service Oversight
Conduct and delegate Saturday team member and leader one-on-one’s with Director and/or Coordinator.
Coordinate with Trainer Teams to host monthly or quarterly New Team Member Orientation meetings in accordance with Discovery Victory.
Training and developing orientation Trainer Leaders.
Function as Service Coordinator during Saturday Services including support and responsiveness to team leaders inquiries.
Executes Saturday new volunteer onboarding and ensuring proper training is completed.
Manage all Saturday GE ministry people/team information for the church management database, ROCK, and Planning Center Online.
Conduct 6-week check-in oversights with GE Admin for all new Saturday team members to evaluate experiences and address issues.
Empower Saturday team leaders to maintain a culture of ICNU conversations, connectedness, development, and identify new leadership potential through implementation of the Hero-Maker Model.
Adding service recap notes for Saturday into the Weekly Kick Off Agenda.
Prep all spaces for next-day operations.
