Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and professional Lead to join our team. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing all divisions of our facility: boarding, daycare, and customer service relations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of care and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Support Staff: Guide and mentor team members in boarding, daycare, and CSR divisions, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all divisions.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Ensure a positive experience for all clients and their pets.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and care for all pets in the facility. Implement and uphold best practices for pet care and handling.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain the well-being of pets and satisfaction of clients.
- Reporting and Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, providing regular updates on operations, staff performance, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a pet care or related environment.
- Strong knowledge and passion for animal care and welfare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.76 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
