JOB DUTIES:
- Lead and participate in sales team efforts to achieve high sales volume
- Provide training to new sales employees & ongoing development of current employees
- Implement sales best practices and techniques to drive sales • Motivate and encourage employees in everyday efforts.
- Hold team accountable to sales targets.
- Assist salespeople in gathering customer information, vehicle needs and wants, and presenting vehicle options matching those requirements
- Manage vehicle inventory to ensure proper pricing, model mix, and display
- Prospect and sell cars as needed to assist with meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Process customer payments and down payments for purchases
- Print and deliver customer contracts
- Verify loan application documents for accuracy
- Any other duty necessary to assist with proper operation of the store

QUALIFICATIONS
- We can teach skills and knowledge. We will provide you with 100% of the tools, support and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the “get up and go", the positive attitude and the work ethic.
- Must be willing to work a 5-day week (which includes Saturdays!)
THE SCHEDULE
We have a 5 day work week. You will typically work Saturdays and have Sunday and a day during the week off. However, once our volume and staff grows, we plan to move to a 4 day work week for our management staff. This is an unusual and innovative schedule in the automotive business.
