We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Manager to join our team on a hybrid status between the Washington, DC Navy Yard and your home office. The ideal candidate will:
- Serves as designated point-of-contact who has oversight responsibility for the review cycle of CDRLs processed through iPDM.
- Responsible for the administrative review of CDRL submissions from the shipbuilder through iPDM in support of the Frigate Class Service ship.
- Manages the submission, modification, and maintenance of the contractor CDRL deliverable requirements by their 1423s.
- Continued administrative review and process of Shipbuilder deliverables (PECPs/ECPS, RCIAs and RFVs) as needed.
- Provided support guidance to regular users on iPDM functionality, workflows, processes, and capabilities and completed administrative updates (Proxy) on their behalf as directed.
- Uploaded attachments for deliverables already in review as requested by the Shipbuilder and approved by the PL, TL, or COR as applicable.
- Read, reviewed, coordinated, followed up, and captured action items from CM Director meetings/emails, PAPMS, SUPSHIP, and the Shipbuilder's daily.
- Review RCIA (ADMIN) answered/approved requests to update RACI and QA the iPDM backlog contract and Coordinated with COR/RAs/PLs on any questions, issues, etc. as needed.
- Update: RCIA Chart with approved changes: CDRLs expansions/deletions to contract, and changed CDRL titles/sub-titles/sub-sub titles as needed; Nominal Due Date Calculator Chart with approved changes; iPDM pre-loaded contract with approved changes as needed.
- Provide monthly Navy iPDM training on the subject matter for current and new users and provided individual follow-up with users with specific issues/questions as needed; Update and keep up-to-date the Navy and Shipbuilder training materials to support system enhancements and process changes as needed.
- Complete weekly and periodic audits; reconciled discrepancies and updated iPDM as needed.
- Review and manage the iPDM Entry Request Forms for new users; contacted the RAs/PLs as needed for approvals.
