ExcelHealth Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to expand our sales and insurance membership. Our Growth and Development team markets dental and other ancillary services to long-term care facilities. Ideal applicants are dedicated professionals who are friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, goal-oriented and capable of producing innovative promotional concepts for the company.
Qualifying candidates must have:
- A current and active Louisiana health insurance provider license
- Live in or near the Baton Rouge area. Relocation unavailable
- Have reliable personal transportation as this position requires attending meetings and in-services
- A quiet space to conduct business without distraction or noise that can be heard during calls
Primary Responsibilities:
- Educating facilities on the dental model and ancillary services
- Serving as primary sales contact and collaborating on business strategies for specialty providers and their offices within assigned territory by effectively communicating value to customers when promoting services
- Developing effective account conversion strategies to accelerate adoption
- Serving as the primary liaison for resolving customer issues
- Working closely with our internal constituents to ensure our tradition of excellent customer service is upheld
- Supporting all company initiatives, providing actionable feedback, sharing best practices and serving as a company advocate and information source
- Creating programs that drive brand loyalty
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
- Generating leads and drive program enrollment
- Enrolling facility patients in ancillary insurance program
- Managing contracts
- Routinely facilitate insurance enrollment of patients at each assigned facility via in-facility conversations and phone calls to Authorized Representatives.
- Conducting quarterly in-services with facility staff to educate them regarding ExcelHealth Group's dental services while also promoting resident participation in our program. This requires in-person, on-site visits.
- Complying with HIPAA guidelines and all company policies, supporting the operational process to ensure positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Must have marketing experience
- Nursing home/dental experience is a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills is a must and should be maintained at all times
- Promptly communicating with team members.
- Ability to place new-source cold calls and required follow-up calls
- Participation in weekly on-screen video meetings with team members
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Friendly personality and professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities to accomplish tasks
- Ability to communicate professionally with all job-related issues
