Position Title/Type: Call Center Specialist - Full Time
Schedule Hiring For: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Pay: $16.50/hour
The Call Center Specialist is responsible for fielding calls from potential clients and referral sources, determining eligibility, and providing information and referral services. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth intake process and maintaining strong relationships with our referral sources.
Key Responsibilities

Phone Screening: Serve as an extension of the screening and intake process by answering phone calls, returning messages, and utilizing referral sources.

Client Prescreening: Prescreen potential clients for admission criteria.

Referral Management: Prescreen referrals received from Woodhaven Outreach Specialists.

Communication: Maintain regular contact with referral sources to update them on bed availability.

Confidentiality: Protect the organization’s reputation by maintaining confidentiality and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned and/or requested.

Requirements:
Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.

Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in data entry and managing information.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.

Education: GED or High School Diploma.
