**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, possess excellent leadership skills, and ensure exceptional customer service. **Duties:** - Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Train new employees on service standards and company policies - Oversee dining room setup and ensure cleanliness and organization - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of service - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry - Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure - Knowledge of inventory control procedures - Familiarity with kitchen management, culinary practices, bartending, and food handling - Experience in banquet or event management is a plus - Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
