Oversees the staffing of homes, the monitoring and training of the documentation system utilized by the agency and the oversight of employee hours worked, including the tracking of overtime hours. Provide visionary leadership to Program Supervisors, Home Managers, Lead Staff and Director Support Professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for the people we support while fostering a culture of excellence.

Conduct thorough and regular performance feedback and evaluations for Program Supervisors, offering objective, constructive feedback.

Facilitate professional development and training opportunities to enhance the team’s competencies.

Champion effective communication among the team through various communication channels.

Collaborate with the team to streamline the recruitment process, providing expertise in interviewing and selecting quality candidates who align with Sunnyhill’s mission.

Maintain professional relationships with the people we support, their guardians, and internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that all inquiries and requests are addressed with a 48-hour timeframe, upholding the highest standards of customer service and support.

Oversee compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, ensuring all assigned caseloads meet deadlines and reporting requirements. Implement checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of records.

Lead the quality assurance process by supervising the execution of duties by Program Supervisors and their teams, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standards and withing established timelines.

Manage schedules for ISL homes and DSP Floater assignments in accordance with staffing patterns and controlling overtime to align with budget constraints.

Provides on call support and coverage for Program Supervisors when they are absent.

Assists with intake process for homes to ensure a smooth transition and comprehensive onboarding process.

Approve and monitor incidents, ensure all reports are submitted within the required timeframe, and follow up action has been resolved. Collaborate with internal and external parties for allegation of abuse/neglect.

Conduct regular, at a minimum quarterly, home visits. Performing rigorous quality checks and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to Sunnyhill, Inc. and funder regulatory standards and assists with Quality Assurance checks of homes as instructed.

Requirements:
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s in human services field, preferred, or three (3) years of job experience in the Social Service Field.

Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Required Skills/Abilities & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced (at times stressful) environment.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (use of personal vehicle required at times).

Acceptable background checks.
Physical Requirements

Able to stand, walk, and sit four (4) hours at a time.

Repetitive bending and reaching up to two (2) hours a day.
-
Able to lift 25 pounds from floor to waist.
