We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business intelligence insights and help positively impact the bottom line!
Duties:
- Work as a liaison between Finance and Operations - learning the business from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations of cost-saving measures.
- Build and implement effective financial and performance-related reporting, in partnership with business leaders.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and compile it into dashboards, reporting, and ongoing analyses as needed to validate and support business decisions.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts).
Experience:
- 2 year college degree required
- 4 year degree a plus (Finance and Accounting concentration)
- Proven experience in corporate finance or financial analysis role
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, etc.)
- Ability to conduct quantitative research and interpret financial data accurately
