- This job is on site at our facility in Hinesburg, VT
- Shift: Friday – Sunday 6:30 am to 6:30pm
- Hourly rate starting from $18/hour + 20% Shift Differential
Job Summary:
The Packaging Machine Operator works as part of a team to prepare packaged goods. This team member efficiently operates machinery specific to the department, adhering to safety protocols, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality products while minimizing waste.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the packaging process.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to CGMP guidelines.
- Assemble and fabricate packaging materials as needed.
- Package finished products according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete paperwork for operations and quality.
- Utilize machinery to carry out tasks.
- Work to mitigate safety risks.
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in a production environment, ideally with food or involving mechanical equipment is preferred.

- Problem solving abilities.
- Effective communication.
- Strong work ethic.
