IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE
- Setting targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for your sales team
- Plan and implement sales training and development programs
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales reps
- Coaching sales reps to help them improve their sales performance
- Participating in spontaneous sales ride-a-longs and planned field days
- Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming sales reps
- Managing sales reps adhere to the company sales process firmly
- Managing sales reps to use sales technologies correctly
- Holding team-building events on-site or offsite
- Motivating and engaging your sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition
- Setting a good example for your team. Working according to company culture and values, prioritizing ruthlessly, using good communication, and delivering results effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,000.00 - $226,000.00 per year
