We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alliances & Partnership Manager. to join our team. This role will be instrumental in leading, supporting, and managing existing and future Alliances and Partnerships across Growth Ventures.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Identify and create successful alliances and strategic partnerships and establish partner ecosystem across Growth Ventures, leading to pipeline generation for the business.
- Manage existing alliances and partnerships, ensuring contractual obligations are met, whereby partnering closely with new and existing Partners, Sales, and across Growth Ventures.
- Ensure revenue obligations to BNY and Growth Ventures are met.
- Develop program and processes to ensure partner success, tracking and reporting to senior management on results.
- Sell Growth Ventures product suite across ecosystem partners, ensuring target commercial outcomes.
- Plan and execute on partner business plans, and coordinate key partner events, as identified, in close collaboration with leadership.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, and or elated field/experience
- 12+ Years experience
- Passion for technology and client obsessed
- Experience with building and managing client facing / success organizations, with a track record of leading a team against high- growth goals
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across senior leaders, partners, and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Team Player a must
BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $130,000 and $175,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
