Darien, CT based company, is looking to hire a temp to perm Sales Administrative.
Hours are typically 8:30 to 5:00 but have some flexibility. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office. Monday and Friday work from home.
Key to this position is good communication skills and someone who can develop relationships.
The Sales Administrative Temp will be working with our primary customer base. Their goal will be to work with prosthetics officials or agents to retrieve information critical to our sales process.
- Communicating with Prosthetics Agents, Inside Sales Team, and Customer Service through telephone and email
- Inputting information into our CRM database
- Customer Service experience is a plus (0-1 Years)
- Able to work with MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be dependable and strong attention to detail and have a positive attitude
- Proactive and able to work independently in flexible time manner
- Must be able to work collaboratively with others
- Skilled at problem solving and multi-tasking
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office: excel, word, PowerPoint
- Bachelor/GED Degree obtained
